How iQuantile collects, uses, stores, and protects personal and organizational data across our website, our deployment processes, and the Telos platform.

This Data and Privacy Policy applies to iQuantile and Lexington Advisory Group. It governs how we collect, use, store, and protect personal and organizational data across our website, our deployment processes, and our platform — including Telos, our causal engine, and our function agents. It applies to prospective clients, current clients, ecosystem partners, website visitors, and any individual whose data we process in the course of delivering the platform.
When you submit a contact form or initiate a conversation with us, we collect your name, email address, organization, role, and message content. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Deployment data — including operational records, outcome data, supplier and counterparty information, and organizational history — is collected only under the terms of your deployment agreement and with your explicit written consent. This data is used to configure Telos and stand up function agents specifically for your organization. It is never shared with, or used to inform, any other organization's deployment.
When you visit our website, certain data is collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. We use this data solely to understand how our website is used. We do not use it for advertising or individual profiling. A current list of our third-party processors is available on request at privacy@iquantile.com.
We process data only for the purposes for which it was collected. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to any third party for commercial purposes. We use data to respond to inquiries, deliver deployments, operate Telos and function agents, fulfill contractual obligations, and send communications where consent has been given or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so.
All function-agent sessions are logged and auditable by the organization whose deployment generated them. iQuantile does not access session logs except to investigate a reported technical issue or as required by law, and only with prior notice to the organization where legally permissible.
We use three categories of cookies: strictly necessary cookies that enable the website to function, analytics cookies that help us understand site usage, and preference cookies that remember your settings. We do not use advertising or targeting cookies. You may manage your preferences through the cookie notice shown on your first visit, or through your browser settings.
Client deployment data and Telos outputs are stored on dedicated, isolated infrastructure with no shared tenancy between client environments. This is a foundational architectural requirement of every iQuantile deployment. Your data does not share infrastructure with any other organization's data.
Third-party service providers we use are contractually required to process data only as instructed by us, under data processing agreements that meet the standards described in Section 6. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.
iQuantile is incorporated in New York and subject to applicable US law. We voluntarily apply the standards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the UK GDPR, Canada's PIPEDA, Brazil's LGPD, and applicable data protection frameworks in the jurisdictions where our clients operate, to all personal data we process regardless of the data subject's location. We apply the highest applicable standard from these frameworks to every person whose data we handle.
Regardless of your location, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, receive a portable copy, correct inaccurate data, request deletion where we have no legal obligation to retain it, object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

We review this policy at minimum quarterly. For material changes affecting clients, we will provide direct notice by email no less than 30 days before the change takes effect.
